About me
Nacida en Berlin (1985) y criada en México vuelve a Berlín a estudiar Administración de Empresas. Poco después de terminar este grado da un giro en su vida y en su carrera profesional, encontrando su vocación en la fotografía de autor.
Forja sus estudios en la IDEP, Escola Superior d'Imatge i Diseny en Barcelona, y posteriormente los combina con un master de Gestión y Análisis de Arte Contemporáneo, enfocándose en el mercado de la fotografía artística contemporánea. Con esto refuerza sus conocimientos con respecto a la fotografía, su desarrollo y su historia, pudiendo interpretar de una manera mucho mas concreta el camino a seguir para establecerse como fotógrafa profesional posteriormente.
Sus trabajos reflejan vivencias personales influenciadas por el dialogo y choque entre sus raíces culturales. Su obra plasma la confrontación entre lo terrenal y lo espiritual, lo material y lo carnal, la religión, creencias, cultura y costumbres – las sociedades que las practican y el tiempo en el que son vividos.

Born in Berlin (1985) and raised in Mexico she returns to Berlin to study Business Administration. Shortly after finishing this degree, she decides to give her professional life a meaningful turn, when she finds her vocation in Fine Art Photography. She develops her studies in IDEP, Escola Superior d'Imatge i Disseny in Barcelona. Later on, she combines this diploma with a MA in Contemporary Art Analysis and Management, writing her thesis about the market of contemporary Fine Art Photography. With this, she reinforces her knowledge regarding photography, its development in de current market, and its history, being able to interpret in a concrete way her strategy to establish herself as a professional photographer later on.
Her works reflect personal experiences influenced by the dialogue and clash between her cultural roots. Her work portrays the confrontation between the earthly and the spiritual, the material and the carnal, as well as, religion, beliefs, culture, and customs – the societies that practice them and the time in which these are lived.
